Do you know the difference between a Yankee and a Damn Yankee?  A Yankee comes to Florida to visit and then goes home.  A Damn Yankee comes to Florida to visit and stays.   I'm proud to say that I am  a Damn Yankee !  I grew up in Pennsylvania, earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Landscape Architecture from the Pennsylvania State University in May of 1986 and then loaded up the car to move to the Sunshine State the very next day.  I've been here in SW Florida designing landscapes ever since.

After working for and helping to grow a Design- Build Company for 27 years, and then  using my talents at a couple of Retail Nurseries, I have decided to branch out  with a  Free Lance Design and consultation service called Grow Your Vision.  It has been my experience, that many people don't have the ability to visualize what is being proposed just by looking at a 2-D Landscape plan.  With the aid of Realtime Landscape Architect, I can help you grow your vision graphically by providing very realistic 3-D depictions and walk-through video of how  your landscape will look on  your property while accenting your home before the first hole is even dug. If you don't have a vision to expand on, no worries!  We can develop an aesthetic, functional , and sustainable landscape plan for you.  We can also help develop conceptual designs for outdoor living spaces as well as specialty gardens like Butterfly, Rain, Xeroscape/native and Salt-tolerant waterfont gardens.
